Yeah this is the default look and feel and NO I don’t care… right now… I have enough to work on.  I’m doing a redesign of a customer site and in the beginning I though OOO easy but last week learned they needed a shopping cart… GRRRRRR…..

While Sparkle looks pretty cool it will be difficult to over come the MASSIVE marketshare that flash has… and before you ask, NO I have not used Sparkle and YES I have used Flash…

Why does MS have this problem?  Think of how many sites use flash?  Ok while MS can push Sparkle plugins to their IE users the development tools, methods and support for Sparkle are not nearly as much as for Flash… Within PHP you can create Flash animations.  What does that tell you?  Ahh we’ll wait and see

Ok People have to just start THINKING here… Does the iPod have the best specs? No. Most Reliable? Nope… Best price? Nope… But they just work (most of the time) they are trendy… (How many movies/TV shows have to seen them in?) and then think bout iTunes… plus marketshare…  It will take a LOT more than good specs to beat the iPod…
