New from Google… another BETA… yes now they have a new version. Along with bug fixes and those mundane things you can now…

  • Sidebar Games!
  • Chat in the sidebar
  • Send stuff to another’s sidbar
  • Password your Desktop Search
  • More advanced search features
  • Cleaned up the preferences page… YEAH FINALLY!
  • And last but not least, Upload your desktop index to Google so you can search from anywhere.  Hmmm privacy anyone?

The last featureis disabled on my computer and will remain so.  But in light of how Google has been a privacy issue (search data) but protective of it.  But frankly I don’t need the feature… But take a look at the new version
