AWAY MY PRETTIES!!!!!
Was working on my blog and found that the themes management was broke… NO THEMES were listed/displayed yeah weird.. upgraded and still funky… so I deleted EVERYTHING (’cept the database) and reinstalled and then pulled the old theme folder in… voila! works… but strange… hmmmm

PS3 closer to being more than vapor!
Just read a nice article over at kikizo.com about their experience with the PS3 (still in development) lots of oohs and ahhs… but one question… the details get better… but does that make a game better? Of course not… And while the system seems awesome… it’s in reality a piece of crap for me… I buy it let alone play it… A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush…
But all these features and details lead me to believe that games will either cost MORE… (as they did with XBox 360) OR they will not be as awesome as they can be.
Yes the processor can handle moving 300 fully animated characters on the screen (not a real example) But WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO? Most of the time if there are a lot of characters on the screen there are 3 or 4 distinct things they do. Yes there are games that have complex AI. But I’m also talking details like bullet holes… or FLOWERS or lamposts… the list goes on… the little details… SOMEONE has to scan, draw and or program them… increasing cost, time and possibly reducing the quality of the game in other areas.
Fable is an example of this… A++ in a lot of detail areas… D+ in other parts.. (ending anyone?) Took HOW LONG to make? But then look at Dungeon Keeper it STILL has great gameplay…
Yes they look and sound better… but do I want to better see and hear a pile of shit?

The last featureis disabled on my computer and will remain so. But in light of how Google has been a privacy issue (search data) but protective of it. But frankly I don’t need the feature… But take a look at the new version

I just finished quickly putting up a blog for It’s Papa’s Place. I used a theme and then modified it… (yes I gave credit where it was due). At least now we’ve got something there… I’ll be putting up specials and the like
